Thank you Jeff, My parents were over today and we went over the questions ... it would be ok to use this for marketing purposes. 1. 'How satisfied were you with the service you received?' - Jeff was helpful every step of the way ... Available to show homes in a timely manner, went out of his way to answer questions and concerns, and delivered paperwork out of state so the we wouldn't have to travel during an unexpected season of illness and most of all looked out for our interests throughout the entire transation from beginning to end. 2. 'Did you feel communication was frequent and timely?' - Yes 3. 'Were all your concerns addressed?' - Yes 4. 'Was your transaction handled professionally?' - Yes, very thorough. 5. 'Additional comments or suggestions?' - We appreciated the extra time and effort Jeff put in to the search for and close on our home.
